Autumn Harvest Ceremony

Kundalini, Chanting, Gong Bath with Naomi Charanpal Kaur
Ayurvedic Wisdom, Yin Yoga with Katie Jacobson
+ Tea and Treats

Saturday, September 30th

Dharma Ridge - Santa Cruz Mountains

The Autumn Equinox is the divine balance of light and dark, when day and night are equal in length. It marks the first day of Fall and invites us to celebrate the Harvest!

Please join us in our annual ritual as we journey outside and connect with the Earth - we will gather at the Stargate on the SACRED, ancient land at Dharma Ridge in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Give yourself this mini-RETREAT and unplug to harness the power of the seasonal shift.  Fall is a time of transition, and as our external environment changes, it is important to adapt our diet and lifestyle to maintain balance with the rhythms of NATURE.  In this workshop, we will use Kundalini, Yin Yoga, and draw upon Ayurvedic practices to align with Nature, build strength {ojas} and increase immunity to prepare for Winter.

We will close with a nourishing SOUND BATH, so please bring anything you might need to be comfortable lying down such as a wool blanket and pillow, or yoga cushion.

Join us in celebrating this seasonal transition by clearing out, grounding down, cultivating clarity and activating creativity!

“Our mission here at Dharma Ridge is to create an Enlightened and Vibrational Sanctuary that fosters the discovery of our individual and collective Highest Destinies. We unite in joy and respect with the intention of approaching all of life as Sacred. Just as life in nature grows, so we here would like to grow in our abilities to be present and love. Our mission here is to inspire within ourselves and others a sense of the Divine in a way that will stand the test of time perpetually over the next 500 years.” - Dharma Ridge
